Slow Movement

Slowly move your head to the left and then to the right.  Maybe close your eyes at first and notice what it feels like in your neck as you turn your head. Then again to the right.  With your eyes open, see if you can do the same movement once again while taking in the environment.  What do you see? By taking a moment to be present with your body, you are experiencing the moment and are fully aware of the here and now.
