Feel it fully
We can't avoid pain. In fact, you'll notice that when you try to avoid a feeling, it grows even stronger. It wants you to look at it, notice it, accept it for what it is. Instead of pushing it away, allow it to be whatever it is in that moment. Feel it fully. We don't have to be prisoners to our emotions if we invite them in and allow them to move through us. Today, see what it's like to invite all of your emotions in. Breathe through the experience. If thoughts arise and you find yourself analyzing the feelings, bring your awareness back to your breath.
