Playfulness
Bring playfulness to your experience today. We often bring our thoughts with us when we enter into a conversation. We also tend to leave those conversations with additional thoughts. Today, see if you can notice the thought and release it with your breath. Release the burden of having to think your way through the interaction or analyze the interaction once it is over. Relax into the moment and allow yourself to welcome each experience for what it is. If fear arises, notice the fearful thought or emotion and release it with the breath. Explore what it is like to be with and in the moment.
