Thinking it Through

Sometimes we believe that we have to think things through.  We get caught up in the idea that if we just think long and hard enough, we'll be able to find a solution.  That solution will of course bring us peace.  What we often overlook is that our thoughts are not always a representation of our authentic selves.  They are often clouded, confused, and conditioned to believe certain stories or truths that are in no way accurate. Today, I invite you to explore what it's like to be with whatever challenge you are experiencing.  Instead of thinking it out or thinking it through, bring your awareness to that which is.  This.  Right now.  Here.  What's present now?
