Feel it Fully

We spend so much time avoiding or minimizing feelings in the hopes of experiencing less pain. The truth is that we are actually accentuating the pain which causes more suffering in the end.  We do this with joyful moments as well.  We avoid feeling too happy for fear of being disappointed. Today, explore what it's like  to lean in to the hurt or the happy. Feel it fully and see what comes up for you.
