Be While Doing
When you learn another language, you memorize the verb that means to do and the verb that means to be. Two verbs that encompass two very different human experiences. What if you were able to bring those two experiences together and explore what it's like to be while you're doing? Today, see what it's like to bring your awareness to your breathe while you are actively doing something. Be aware of the breathe as you move and shift. Notice what it's like to be doing whatever activity you want to explore. For example, if you are riding a bike, notice the grip you have on the handlebars and the specific muscles that feel tense. Get curious about the doing and see what it's like to be and do at the very same time.
