Gratitude

Bringing your awareness to all that you are and the things that surround you can be incredibly powerful.  We spend so much of our energy wishing for something else when the life we are living is so much more bountiful than we appreciate.

Today, take some time to focus on gratitude. What are you thankful for? Who is someone that you are grateful for? Explore what it feels like to be aware of all that is good in your life.
