Choosing Love

Today, see if you can recognize when fear shows up. Fear can often be subtle but the impact can be huge. When a fearful thought arises, explore what it's like to sit with that fear. Where in your body do you experience the fear?  How can you show yourself compassion? What would it look like to choose love over fear?  See if you can tap into your source of love and choose love over fear.
