The Body
We don't always take the time to stop and listen to our body. Our body can tell us so much if we invite it to do so. Today, see if you can check in with your body. What does it want? What does it need? When you know what your body needs see if you can offer it with love. Notice any emotions that arise and bring your attention back to your body. Maybe it needs to stretch or move very fast. Perhaps it's been running around and truly needs to rest. Or maybe your body simply wants to be still. Whatever it is, listen to your core and acknowledge your body by accepting what it needs and making that a priority.
