Impatience
When everything is go, go, go and suddenly, something doesn't go, it can be challenging for us to be accepting. We're conditioned to believe that things work a certain way and when they are no longer working the way they once did, we may get angry, impatient, sad or frustrated with our current situation. Today, I invite you to connect with your breath when you notice something not going the way you had envisioned. Notice what emotion is present. Maybe you notice several. Bring compassion to your experience and breathe into the discomfort. This moment will pass just like every other moment. Be with it for now and let it move through you so that you can experience the next one as well.
