The Body

As you move through your day, see if you can gently remind yourself to bring your attention to your body. You might look to see how your arms feel as they hang by your side. Maybe you notice how the muscles in your face feel tight and tense.  Check in from time to time and explore what sensations you are aware of in your body.  The body can serve as an anchor to the present.
