Beginner's Mind

Do you remember the first time you tried a sport that you'd never played before? What about learning how to play an instrument or a card game? When we have a beginner's mind, we are open to learning.  The process is new to us and as a result, there's no pressure to be an expert.  No pressure to be the best.  Today, see if you can approach something you do everyday as if you've never done it before.  Maybe it's locking your front door or pouring a glass of water. Whatever it is, I invite you to explore what it's like as if you're doing it for the very first time.
