On The Mountain

Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes. Picture yourself sitting on top of a gorgeous mountain. Imagine a train track at the bottom of the mountain.  As you sit here on top of the mountain, picture a train starting to pass by below. Think of each train car that goes by as one of your thoughts.  Instead of flying down from the mountain (because yes, you can fly in this scenario) and jumping onto the train, simply notice the thought as it goes by. You notice it and off it goes. If you notice that you are suddenly on the train following a thought, simply fly back up to the top of the mountain and breathe in the beautiful air that surrounds you.
